Project Management

Communication is key to a successful business strategy, and DETS has invested significant resources to ensure there is always a helpful person available whenever our clients need to talk to us.

Each company is allocated to a dedicated Project Manager, in order to build a relationship between DETS and our clients.  We understand that many environmental companies do not employ chemists and often need help with requesting sample containers, ordering couriers, specifying analysis, and interpreting data.

Our team of Project Managers will cover all aspects of communication, provide updates on sample progress, chase up data from the laboratory, send out interim and final reports, and provide technical assistance with interpretation of data.
